The combination of traditional manufacturing and modern technology allows to produce the Bauhaus Classics in high editions.

To realize an exactly sized model of the LC2 armchair from Le Corbusier means not to simply bend the corners of the steel chromed frame but to provide the corner with the precise angle – as the designer meant to. By solely bending the steel frame could crack.

The original corner design is to be attained by an exact welding process where the milled tube is connected to the rounded corner piece (see welded frame).
The combined corner piece will be carefully polished by hand (see hand polished frame) and than receive a 3 layer galvanization (copper, nickel, chrome) to maintain a durable chrome value of 35 micron (see chromed frame).
